Cilj seminara je da se treneri upoznaju sa ključnim smjernicama sportske psihologije i ovladaju konkretnim i lako primjenjivim coaching alatima koji će im omogućiti da svojim takmičarima usade mentalitet za visoke performanse: posvećenost trenažnom procesu i sposobnost da svoje vještine i znanja primijene na takmičenju. Ova znanja i vještine omogućavaju svim učesnicima u takmičenju da se efikasnije pripreme, da se nose sa takmičarskim stresom, regulišu emocije u svim fazama, istovremeno izjbegavajući padove motivacije i “burnout” sindrom.
Ksenija Popović je, nakon duge karijere u kulturi i medijima, postala sertifikovani kouč za visoke performanse. Među njenim referencama ubraja se koučing akademija Tonija Robinsa i zvanična škola sportske psihologije “FK Barselone” - “Barça Innovation Hub”. Sarađivala je sa crnogorskim fudbalskim klubovima “Titograd” i “Iskra” i ženskim rukomentim klubom “Medicinar” iz Srbije. U “Iskri” je bila član stručnog štaba u sezoni 2021/22, kada je izborena Evropa. Što kroz saradnju sa klubovima, a što kroz individualni rad, njeno iskustvo ubrada rad sa stotinama sportista od kadetskog do seniorskog uzrasta.

Yesterday, a seminar titled "Sports Training and Competition Psychology" was held in Podgorica, organized by the Montenegrin Olympic Committee. The seminar was attended by coaches from various individual and group sports, ranging from cadet to senior level. The seminar was conducted by Ksenija Popović, a performance coach, lecturer, and motivational speaker.
The aim of the seminar was to familiarize coaches with key principles of sports psychology and to provide them with practical and easily applicable coaching tools that would enable them to “install” a mentality for high performance in their athletes: dedication to the training process and the ability to apply their skills and knowledge in competition. These skills and knowledge allow all participants in competitions to prepare more efficiently, cope with competitive stress, regulate emotions at all stages, while avoiding decreases in motivation and "burnout" syndrome.
After a long career in culture and media, Ksenija Popović became a certified high-performance coach. Her references include coaching academy of Tony Robbins and the official school of sports psychology "Barça Innovation Hub" of FC Barcelona. She has worked with Montenegrin football clubs "Titograd" and "Iskra" and the women's handball club "Medicinar" from Serbia. At "Iskra," she was a member of the coaching staff in the 2021/22 season, when Europe was secured. Through collaborations with clubs and individual work, her experience includes working with hundreds of athletes from cadet to senior level.
